Cancellation or Change of Reservation Date

All reservations must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance, with which you are entitled to reimbursement.
This cancellation must be communicated by sending an e-mail, and you can also contact by phone or wasap for any comment you want to make.
In case you want to change the date of the reservation, you must necessarily contact us by e-mail at least 48 hours in advance, and you can also contact us by phone or wasap for any comments you wish to make.
Cancellations or changes of date of a reservation less than 48 hours in advance may not be accepted due to the demand of existing reservations.
